-Increased gross vertical margin from 35% to 58%.
-Complete overhaul of product line aimed at increasing margin and building more value into products.
-Grew international sales from $1.2M to $3M.
-Reduced overhead by over 20%.
-Made Answer Racing the only pro table brand in the apparel busniess unit after years of losses.

For over 6 years I owned a business called Thrive Motorsports Marketing. The focus was on motorsports marketing, PR and photography. I worked for clients such

-The successful media launch of the 2010 BMW G450X. The strategic repositioning of the bike from a thoroughbred racer, to that of a capable dual sport bike
yielded extremely positive reviews from members of the media.
-Successfully pitching stories to endemic and non endemic media for the Lucas Oil O Road Racing Series. Television coverage from KTLA, Telemundo, The Press
Enterprise and more.
-English speaking media relations liaison for Husqvarna's world wide press launch of the 2011 TC449 in Fano, Italy. Communicated the features and bene ts of Husqvarna's all new 450 motocross bike to English speaking journalists from the US and UK. (Hired on full time after the event)

As Marketing Manager at EVS Sports, I was responsible for strategizing, implementing and delivering measurable marketing activities that yielded positive reach,
engagement and ROI for EVS Sports, a protective apparel company focused on the Motocross, Off Road, Street and Snow markets. During my tenure, sales of EVS
products increased 15%. The avenues in which I obtained positive growth for EVS Sports were through, social media (@evssports on Instagram and Facebook),
athlete endorsements, email marketing, advertising, event sponsorship, media relations and graphic design team management.
Accomplishments
-300% increase in e-commerce sales (40K to 120K).
-Increased website traffic by 200% through the use of social media and email marketing campaigns.
-Started and managed Instagram page and grew it to over 35K followers in under 2 years
