DESIGN: Responsible for the conceptualization and design of the Men's and Women's printable programs and all repeat pattern needs. Accountable for the completion of the initial merchandising of assortments, tech packs, and BOM’s. Responsible for the accurate depiction of the brand esthetics, trend direction, color stories, and print techniques.

MARKETING: Solely responsible for the design of all digital and print marketing projects that included the following: retail artwork, POP, social media, websites, branding materials, event signage, and seasonal catalogs. Managed and performed all digital photography manipulation, including color corrections and retouches for all model and product photo shoots. Managed regular archiving, updating and maintaining of imagery. Forged relationships with outside marketing partners and maintained consistent communication in order to fulfill all social media responsibilities.

Designer/ Marketing Graphic Designer

DESIGN: Managed and designed all repeatable patterns, screen printed graphics, and accessories. Responsible for research and compiling of the trend. Worked closely with regional and global partners to provide accurate and necessary designs for their specific markets. Forged relationships and worked closely with regional and global partners to provide customer specific designs.

MARKETING: Individually responsible for the direction and designing of all in-house marketing objectives. Directed and designed trims, packaging and labeling. Refocused global brand management by designing new style guides, packaging, and brand guides. Successfully redesigned the branding and logos to increase our demographic position and brand perception. Accountable for the storage, organization, and maintenance of all marketing materials. Assisted in the development of new business strategies and opportunities. Refocused global brand management and creative cohesiveness by designing updated style guides, packaging, and brand guides.

Global Senior Designer

DESIGN: Managed the entire graphic tee program which consisted of an extensive number of graphics for Young Men’s, Boy’s and Kid’s markets. Planned and directed key and core graphic trends from initial concept to completion. Worked closely with internal and external production departments to assist with the commenting of lab dips and production. Experienced with the process of screen printing and techniques. Supervised, mentored, and managed a team of internal and external artists. Improved and planned new business strategies to introduce new opportunities and improve sales. Established new processes for a more efficient way of working in order to increase design output. Established constant communication with outside product development teams to ensure that designs and quality of merchandise were brand appropriate. Responsible for the presentation of all managed seasonal designs to in-house management, partners, and buyers. 

MARKETING: Directed new innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to assist in the rejuvenation of the brand to increase sales. Seasonally planned three-dimensional displays and visual merchandising for sales presentations. Educated clients on youth culture and the action sports industry to improve perception and brand presence. Prepared all files for print to assure the accuracy of graphics, spelling, and color. Created and edited multiple videos for sales presentations and brand awareness. 

Lead Senior Designer - Accessories & Graphics

Boosted web traffic and brand perception by redesigning and continually maintaining the website. Improved seasonal catalog design to bring a more established appearance.  Produced all retail and wholesale marketing designs that included: POP, packaging, trade shows, events, and competitions.
