Lead and manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales, and pricing initiatives to sell 10 Barrel Brewing brands at independent and chain accounts in order to gain growth in a competitive grocery segment.

Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers and restaurants. -Assume leadership role in implementing key brewery initiatives with distributors, retailers, and restaurants -Work closely with distributor on new product releases, seasonal releases and pre-orders for brewery. -Ensure proper use of available legal point of sale items throughout assigned territory. -Attend selected festivals and events such as but not limited to brewery dinners, tastings and promotions.

Responsibilities: • Created marketing strategy for annual ski/snowboard film tour of over 170 stops worldwide. • Tour planning and logistics, promotion, athlete management and national sponsorship management. • Developed unique advertising/marketing campaigns through social media channels, digital content, email, print media, and on-site promotion. • In three years, the world tour attendance grew more than 50% and revenue more than doubled.
