Program Manager for the piloting (4 doors, 1 retailer), nationwide launch (10k doors across CE, office supply and mass retailers) and subsequent retail execution of HP Instant Ink. Acted as the leadership "face" of HP Instant Ink at retail; building and leading a sales team of 101 across the US.
Developed and achieved breakthroughs in retail sales training methodologies, GTM strategies and tools now being used across the entirety of HP's multi-billion dollar Consumer Market Sales organization.
