HomeWorx is my construction/property management company based in Long Beach, CA. For almost 14 years, I have managed this company under the slogan "Attention to Detail is Our Specialty". We have performed large and small jobs (and everything in between) for both residential and commercial customers. Our projects have included design/build services for bathroom, kitchen and whole home remodels; General home repairs; Design, fabrication, and installation of retail store fixtures and accents; Market research and product line planning for retail stores; Advertising, marketing, credit analysis of prospective tenants, and general maintenance and management for a vast array of privately owned rental properties throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties. Towards the end of the year, I focus my creativity and energy towards holiday decorating. We are well-known for our Halloween decorating, and our creation of highly technical and sophisticated Haunted Houses for our clients. Our Christmas decorating routinely wins awards for our residential and commercial customers. Of course, I save some of my energy to channel my inner Clark Griswold, and I can usually be found installing some 50,000 lights and dozens of vintage figurines on my own home in late November.

Design and fabrication of custom skateboard ramps and accessories. I work with customers to plan and build ramps for their specific purposes, or based on the amount of space they have available. I have also provided ramps to the youth recreation programs of several Orange County cities for their "Skate Night" programs.

Performed duties requiring technical and managerial expertise for various facets of the Oakley watch program, including after-sales service, technician training, in-house quartz movement assembly, Domestic and International sales support, Quality/R&D support, and complete creation and implementation an international watch warranty program. Built custom watches for many high-profile Oakley athletes and celebrities.

Handled merchandising duties for a distributor of music/video/book/computer software products. Planned, managed, and executed the remodeling and construction of high-end retail fixtures for 2 national retail store chains throughout the southwestern United States.
