Started with Tucker as a Regional Sales Manager for 4 years.  Promoted to National Director of Sales in 2020.  Recently promoted to NextGen Program Director that oversees the development of new product categories and brands not familiar within our industry nor the company.  Responsible for forecasting sales of new brands, working with vendors and manufacturers direct and developing education of new products to the field sales operatives.  Product marketing, sales program development, event planning, development of point of sales materials, launch of new brands and products, and development of processes and systems to sustain and grow new brands and verticals.  Manage group of Regional Managers to achieve sales targets.
• Achieved AOP targets after first full year as Regional Manager and achieved AOP every year after.
• Was the top earning region in 2019 vs 12 other regions within the company.
• Managed over $25M average per year in sales from field sales operatives.
