Professional Profile - I’ve been in Sales Management and Consulting for 23 years. From outerwear, apparel, and Accessories to Landmark Events Event Management company. I’ve pushed concepts through design, development, and manufacturing, to full sales rollouts. Taking good ideas, making them great through years of experience and industry relationships. 

•	Purchased landmark events out of receivership in 2006.
•	Rebuilt the brand in the festival business to handle some of the largest festivals in the Nation.
•	Manage all aspects of front of house festival beverage, equipment, staff, and revenue streams.
•	Managed the largest revenue stream after ticket sales…beverage sales of $200,000 per Day.
•	Developed proprietary applications for managing crowds up to 35,000 patrons.
•	Hired, trained, managed staff of 1000’s over the last 12 years.


•	Started at a small, driven clothing company in 1996 in customer service and currently manage 14 independent sales reps, national accounts, and marketing direction as the VP of Sales

•	Took the company through two ownership changes, a headquarter relocation to Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
•	Grew the business from a niche accessory brand to one of the leaders in winter sports accessories.

•	Developed On-line relationships; Amazon, Zappos, GEAR.com, Backcountry, Zulily. 
•	Managing aspects of National, International, regional, buying group, Trade shows.
•	Managed pricing, sales programs, catalogs, rep commissions, and led sales meetings and national presentations.
•	Led Product direction and development.

•	Managing US Sales – 14 independent Manufactures Reps.

•	Re-developed US sales force and mandate sales force projections, and Sales and Marketing programs.

•	Line development with European partners for the first time to include N. America direction.
