This experience fueled my belief that leadership is one of the most important elements for a successful business followed only by creativity.  If you combine the two you have a dynamic combination.   That’s the model that I follow.  I have been lucky enough to work for some of the world’s most powerful brands and have learned what works.  The key is to build a team, provide leadership and allow the ability for everyone on the team to be creative regardless of their position.
