Responsibilities include Responsible for all aspects of relocating two running manufacturing facilities in North Carolina and breaking down every piece of equipment and reinstalling all manufacturing lines into a 200k sq ft building in Georgia with having full production running within 3weeks. Once running full production educating new employees on running injection molding machines and hot plate welders, including training employees on assembly cells for 3 shift operations, motivate and coach employees for successful daily production, time keeping and production assessment through SAP matrix. New mold and robot 1st time prototype setup and production setups, maintenance and repairs on Injection molding machines and all secondary equipment to included, Krauss Maffei GX 550 ton, Engel Rotational duel shot and single shot 2000 ton to 300 ton, Create robot end of arm tooling from print as well as program and setup adjustments and function into production, New Press setup from the arrival stage to plumbing the entire presses for water and air and installing all attaching equipment, Daily process efficiency changes to quoted times and standard running conditions as required. Overall plant startup and shutdown including maintenance and in depth machine repairs with the willingness to work overtime as requested.
