Bridget Rounds: in Reading, MA

Over the summer I had life guarded for a summer camp. As a life guard I would monitor pool activities and prevent accidents. I would help to aid swimmers and enforce the rules and regulations. As a counselor I would watch the children and create a fun lesson plan, along with games and activities.

As a sales associate I was in charge of making sure the customer was happy and was responsible for selling the products.

Responsible for serving customers, was a cashier and placed cake and pastry orders for clients. It helped me to gain knowledge like how to communicate with customers and how to mitigate issues if the customer is upset; I learned a lot about customer relations and keeping the customer happy with the service being offered.
