- Establish and maintain block library, grading and construction specification across all product categories - Departmental leadership of fit sessions, construction approval, and documentation to all business partners to meet product deadlines - Conduct regular fabric performance testing and ensure results are shared and improvements are made as needed - Conduct seasonal fit analysis against benchmark brands to ensure Travis Mathew continues to offer competitive fit, construction and quality - Responsible for sending out development packages and develop materials and trims in accordance with product specific standards, color standards, and timeline goals - Create and maintain the Tech Package, including BOM, updating design sketches and construction details, fit comments, and graded specs from concept stage to production. - Collaborate closely with Design and sales to ensure product is in line with design vision and procure critical design information related to the technical development requirements of a style including material and trim quality and color direction and style intent and tech pack creation - Develop and maintain time and action calendar to ensure all stages of product development are in line with calendar to maintain delivery

- Create first pattern from original design sketch - Act as a liaison between design and production departments - Work closely with Quality Control and Design to ensure product is consistent with design vision - Responsible for setting up grade rules and blocks for specific customers - Lead the Pattern Department to ensure all patterns are production ready with appropriate grades and text information - Assess fit and construction for each style and make necessary revisions to patterns as needed

- Responsible for the development of technical packages - Create technical sketches and line drawings to communicate construction details - Make design, fit, and construction approvals throughout all stages of development and production - Schedule and manage weekly fit sessions - Research and develop fabrications and trims for various customers - Developed and established new size ranges, including Infants/Toddler, Childrens', and Plus - Responsible for lab dip, trim, and care label approvals - Maintain a positive working relationship with international manufacturers - Owner of the testing process for children's sleepwear - Work closely with the Product Management team to ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner
