   I have built my career and reputation pioneering, building, and growing sport specialty brands in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast territories for over 20 years with a concentration on the Outdoor, Fish, Surf, and Beach Lifestyle channels of trade.  Deep roots and strong relationships with accounts large and small have set me on a path to be well-known as a reliable strategic partner with everyone’s best interests always in mind, thus leading to success for all key stake holders.  Ready for a change, I am prepared to apply my proven track record, well-entrenched connections, detailed organizational skills, and drive for success for the next sales chapter of my career. 

     I was brought on board to take the brand to the next level in terms of sales, representation, and direction.  Retuned the entire rep force to maximize our distribution in an array of channels of distribution.  Work with reps to adjust direction, expand product categories, and increase sales.  While I started managing just the Northeast region, my territory has now expanded out to the entire Northern half of the country.  Under my direction, my territory’s sales have increased year of year in double digit percentages.

Recruited, screened, hired and trained a complex network of independent commissioned reps spanning the entire United States while also acting as the rep-of-record for the Mid-Atlantic and New England region.  Called on nation-wide key accounts, managed all trade show needs and created all necessary sales enablement tools.   As one of the owners of this brand, I was also intimately involved with product development, factory management and profit margin all of which enabled the brand to realize hyper-growth within the first eighteen months going from launch to over one million dollars in eighteen months.

     Principal rep handling sales and the pioneering of leading brands in the Mid-Atlantic region such as Native Eyewear, Croakies, Hydroflask water bottles, Deuter Backpacks, and Oboz Footwear.  Managed a sales team of four sub reps, reduced regional trade show expenses by 12% and increased sales on a CAGR of 10% for three consecutive years.
