Manage sales staff, create and execute strategic direction, develop relationships with industry leaders and P.O.S. vendors. Work closely with Marketing to create and implement programs to drive both merchant acquisition and consumer awareness. Coach and develop sales staff. Create an atmosphere of open dialogue, accountability, and teamwork.
