Managing all marketing project timelines, communicating to regional leads and cross functional teams (creative, media team, product, e comm and communications), goals and strategy for the season.

Global brand, athlete marketing and media strategist. Responsible for the structure and development of authentic digital, social and traditional media campaigns that directly impact sales and brand awareness. 

Produced, managed and directed media-branded content for global brands in the sports and consumer products space (Red Bull Media House, Oakley, BOA Technology, Mountain Dew, Burton, Kawasaki and Garmin). 

Developed cohesive marketing and media strategies for Athletes and Brand partners including multiple 360 degree digital marketing and content creation strategies.  

 





Vice President, Action Sports and Olympics

Developed global athlete and product strategy for the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics. Overseeing brand alignment with the company’s roster of global riders including Shaun White, Kelly Clark and Mark McMorris. 

Led global team marketing directors in North America, Japan and Europe; managing creative concepts for print, video, television, product and social media platforms; and implemented retail marketing campaigns across a diverse range of consumer sales channels and sellers. 

Directed athlete contract negotiations; and the crucial interactions between athlete and product development to ensure an authentic approach to development and market sales.
Negotiated global and national advertising contracts across endemic print and video channels. 

Established a powerful media team consisting photographers, videographer and editors; managed employee staffing and oversaw a division budget of +$10MM. 


Global Director of Sports Marketing & Media

Rose from Team manager to Senior Marketing Manager over six years; overseeing multiple action sports disciplines including snowboarding, skateboarding, motocross and BMX. 

Directed contract negotiations for all Athletes including professional motocross rider Ryan Villopoto, a Supercross champion and ESPN “ESPY” award nominee; and Olympic medalist Danny Kass.

Supervised the organization and restructure of the brand’s global snowboarding and motocross divisions; managing the execution of brand strategies for 50 sponsored athletes, including emerging youth talent (groms), and top men and women.

Created global marketing assets, including campaign creative, digital media, trade show materials, special event collateral, company profiles, team biographies and media proposals; within multiple company divisions.
