General Role
Lead designer for Eyewear and Accessories product categories
Work independently and with 6 other Creative Team members on various projects
Prioritize projects across multiple categories and meet strict timelines
Develop and maintain consistent brand visual direction and execution across all touchpoints
Design and present multiple solutions for internal and external review

Marketing Design
Design seasonal graphics, catalogs, sales flyers, digital marketing, etc. for multiple brands
Create A+ content for Amazon listings, and other e-commerce assets
Spearhead b2b catalog projects from conception to print

Packaging Design
Spearhead packaging and POP projects that are cohesive with brand story and guidelines
Concept and execute translating brand aesthetics into new markets and product lines
Concept and produce dielines, and packaging material specifications

Photography Art Direction & Photo Editing
Concept and collaborate with in-house photographer to achieve desired aesthetic
Style studio product photography
Recolor and edit product images along with general photo editing
Develop brand appropriate photo treatments for use across print and digital channels

Product Design
Design automotive accessories, bags, wallets, eyewear, and more
Generate t-shirt graphics
Collaborate with product developers to execute market-ready products
Create factory-ready specifications, CMF, and tech packs
