Promoted to Product/Brand Manager after six months Work with development, marketing, and design teams to set product vision, roadmaps, and bring new products to market Responsible for market research, forecasting, and placing OEM orders using insight into inventory and production schedules to ensure product availability Provide management with reports and analyses and work with them to determine metrics of success Provide feedback to my teammates and coming up with creative solutions to problems Work closely with all divisions of the company to make sure the unified vision of Alchemy is always on track and on brand I wear many hats in this small company and I enjoy the challenge that comes with that every day.
