In every position I have held I have been recognized for my professional demeanor, interpersonal communication and attention to detail. Supervise a team of Customer Advocates with the goal of totally satisfying all members.  
•	Coach the advocates and develop their skills based on call monitoring and overall     
process improvement.
•	Manage resources to effectively answer call volume and daily needs.
•	Submit weekly & monthly reports on the progress of the team.
•	Process weekly payroll, discipline, and explain benefits to employees.

Provide clinical case management for the female adolescents 15 – 18 years old.  Completed internship from 2004-2005 with girls 7 – 10 years old.
•	Complete both an initial & continuous assessment of each individual.
•	Develop and provide both individual and group therapy.
•	Submit extensive quarterly reports to the State of Michigan and the Court System. 
•	Assist those leaving SJH in transitioning to independent living in various communities.
