• Interpretation of the orders according to customer’s request • work with suppliers - in Turkey and overseas - to agree on quality standards, price, delivery times and ethical production issues • plan and monitor production schedules and alter them when necessary • work with in-house design and sales teams, buyers and quality control departments • visit factories and manage orders from retail and wholesale customers • attend conferences and exhibitions to build contacts • develop new business opportunities and ways of working to maximise profits. • Making sure the quality standarts are met
