• Manage direct reports from production, maintenance, logistics, quality/lab and human resources. • Ensure all 70-80 employees follow safety programs established per OSHA regulations and guidelines. • Ensure all quality standards are met and maintained per ISO 9001. • Maintain and manage full responsibility for P&L, conversion costs, and operational KPIs. • Work with multiple departments to create 5-year strategic plan for Houston Dust Plant and other operational locations • Worked on a team to create customer segmentation database, results of customer profit segmentation were 3% profit increase in 2013

• Prepared weekly flash reports, and coordinated weekly flash meetings for the senior management team. • Responsible for consolidating and facilitating the budget process for entire company, including subsidiaries in China and Brazil. • Prepared 5 year strategic planning model with senior management team, presented to Brazil headquarter annually. • Finished projects in China and Brazil to standardize financial reporting procedures, as well as all business planning reports/management system reports. • Responsible for the finances of two Zinc manufacturing operations, and one Zinc trading operation. • Participated and led various year-end audit actions working jointly with PricewaterhouseCooper. • Part of key user team which trained other employees during SAP implementation. • Part of a team that led the migration from US GAAP to IFRS to comply with parent company’s regulations and reporting standards.

• Maintain full charge of all accounting functions for Houston location including cost accounting, general ledger, inventory control, and accounts payable. • Monthly production cost analysis for the following products: paper mill (in house paper for drywall), drywall (1/2”, 5/8”, 3/8”, mould tough), joint compound. • Manage physical inventory process, and performed warehouse layout improvements, as well as conducted monthly internal audit inventory counts. • Reconcile inventory in the warehouse, and make adjustment journal entries in Oracle to balance general ledger.
