Founder

Assisted the Brewmaster in prepping, brewing, and monitoring batches of beer on a 15 bbl system.  Maintained a sanitary work environment in the brewery, made deliveries throughout the Bay Area, and bar tended as needed.

Supported 19 offices across the globe developing content rich RFP responses resulting in over 1MM of awarded projects.  Balanced 3-5 deadlines with life spans ranging from 2-4 weeks.  Contributed to social media strategy and execution of tactics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics.

Marketing Coordinator

Managed the social media presence of the largest Interiors firm in Virginia. Created the company blog   (weekly posts).  Doubled the web traffic in 8 months and reduced the overall bounce rate.

Brand Manager

Connected customers with the right product by understanding their riding goals, experience, and tastes. Encouraged brand loyalty through storytelling about the shops history and impact of shopping locally. Assembled and maintained snowboarding and skateboarding equipment.

Product Technician & Manager

Led a team of 5 design interns documenting local manufacturers, conducted design thinking exercises with non-designers and co-created product concepts to be produced locally. Championed a rebranding, administered the company’s CRM system, managed the marketing calendar and annual marketing budget (Apx. 200K).  Developed branded marketing collateral and advertisements. Coordinated and led teams to trade shows. Improved the sales process experience resulting in a 12% increase increase in project implementation rates. Pulled data from PSI’s business systems and analyzed it using pivot tables. Provided reports to managers to help them make business decisions.  Led teams to trade shows in the USA and Costa Rica.
