Work with wholesale distributors as well as architects and designers all over California to select materials for commercial and residential projects. - Create and track PO's to ensure timely production and delivery of materials to job sites. - Use Quickbooks to create Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices, and update inventory levels of hundreds of items. - Provide excellent customer service to Homeowners, Designers, and Contractors who would come to our yard to check out displays and select samples.

Spoke with clients regarding all aspects of their project, including but not limited to: construction schedule, materials/color choices, payments, contract change orders, and general questions and concerns. - Managed outgoing payments to vendors, general expenses, reimbursement to employees, and all bill pay for owner's business and personal accounts. - Oversaw all ongoing projects by visiting jobsites daily, bringing all materials needed in a timely fashion, and doing manual labor at the jobsite when necessary.

- Visited department and specialty stores to merchandise product and note stock levels and bestsellers by location. - Educated retail associates through constant press blasts, email communication, and in-store product knowledge seminars. - Tracked all department store sales by door and constantly analyzing business with a problem solving approach to increase sales in any way possible. - Assisted in selecting assortments and deliveries for all major department stores.
