Accounting Manager, Financial & Pricing Analysis, General Accountant, Cost and Production Planner

-	Manage multiple functions including accounting, AR, AP and Inventory, and supervise a team of eight
-	Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for twelve companies under Shinih USA group.
-	Work closely with auditors (CPA) for quarterly review reports and Year End Audit Report (GAAP & IFRS)
-	Prepare annual budget and sale revenue projection for CFO base upon prior year performance and forecast provided by Sales department
-	Prepare monthly actual vs budget analyst report for Headquarter and CFO to review
-	Initiate and perform extensive month end process and year end process to ensure accountability and compliance with GPPA and IFRS 
-	Review and prepare month end and year end journal entries included accrual, adjustment, fixed asset and depreciation entries
-	Oversee payments and deductions to major suppliers to ensure payments are in accordance with vendor terms and condition
-	Prepare and direct cash projection and financial activities for all companies under Shinih USA group
-	Prepare and post daily bank reconciliation for cash projection 
-	Prepare and submit quarterly borrow base certificated and performance reports to bankers
-	Monitor inventory transaction and process to identify potential issues for cost of good sold 
-	Prepare special reports requested by Headquarter for profit and cost accounting analysis report 
-	Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and use tax reporting for multiple states
-	Report IFTA tax and Foam 2290
