Developed and drive production team to use cell line formatted to fit high mix low volume business model at 2018. Increase production efficiency 8.5% on one part number. 
Organized and implement manufacturing execution system and root cause analysis system at 2018 Dec. Shorten 8D report within 3days feedback to customer.
Year 2017 
Establish NPI team and process mapping in order to improve manufacturing transition from sample stage to mass production stage. Improve the production first launch product successful process yield from 75% to 95%.
Establish SMT production line stretch from zero. Save SMT outsourcing service cost 150K HKD per month.

Restructure engineering team into R&D, manufacturing engineering, NPI team, tool shop and automation team with department goal and KPI in order to meet company goal.
Design and implement company technology roadmap and budget planning
Implement lean manufacturing for high mix low volume product.
Design plant layout and machine mapping to serve process control purpose.

• Respond design new needle punching mechanism of glucose meter for Agamatrix.
• Handle daily operation of 20 peoples of engineering team which include mechanical, electronic & PIE.
• As a consultant of GSM + GPS OEM project.
• Participant in design assurance team to review OEM project. Prepare DFM report feedback to customer oversea R&D team to ensure the design can be implement in factory.
 • Prepare PFMEA at NPI stage until mass production.

• Feasibility studies the industrial ID and mechanical manufacturability.
• Prepare the mechanical specification
• Prepare 1D tolerance analysis in both worst case and statistical. Define the critical dimension after tolerance analysis.
• Prepare DFMEA and action followed.
• Working with production engineer for plastic part 2nd process, such as ultrasonic welding, spray painting, pad painting & heat staking.
• Study Cpk & GR&R report for pre-production phase.
• Study short-term SPC data on pre-production phase.
