I was asked to return to AtmosFX to lead their product development initiatives and provide guidance of general business strategies. In under two years, I transformed my area of the business into a multi-million dollar revenue generator. I was later tasked to rebuild and lead the company's business operations and customer support teams.

I ensured SKD Tactical's continual presence as a premier brand and retailer in the tactical gear industry. I worked to expand the marketing performance of SKD Tactical and its house brand, Patrol Incident Gear, through ecommerce-focused low-investment/high-return strategies.

Director of Marketing

Played an integral role in a 3-person startup building AtmosFX into a consumer-products startup through establishing key partnerships, founding ecommerce channels and nurturing logistics solutions. Developed the business plans behind new revenue streams and growth opportunities further expanding company profits and establishing the commercialization of new technologies.

Producer and Operations Manager

Backed by a zany team of creative geniuses and mad scientists, I created marketing sorcery for my clients. Key responsibilities included conceptualizing marketing solutions, presenting those solutions to clients, negotiating project budgets and then facilitating the creative review process between client and creative project teams.

Client Services Manager

I influenced a multi-million dollar marketing budget, managed relationships with major sports partners, like the Seattle Seahawks, and championed marketing campaigns for blockbuster game franchises, like Halo and Gears of War. My crown achievement was overseeing every aspect of a nationwide gaming tour supporting the launch of Halo 3: ODST (2.5 million unit sales within first 2-weeks of launch).

Xbox Marketing Manager

My main duties were within PR management, but I also provided creative influence over product messaging, branding and positioning. I was later put in charge of the cross-team marketing efforts behind the launch of Messenger for Mac 6.0, the group’s first cross-platform product, which netted 200,000 product downloads within its first week of release.

Marketing Specialist

Engaged closely with team members to assess sell-thru issues and pioneer impactful marketing solutions. Developed a retail training program for thousands of direct sales professionals across the US, Canada and UK. My nature of going above-and-beyond was recognized and I was asked to join the product marketing team a year later.

Channel Marketing Specialist

Conducted audits of online sales programs and provided key recommendations resulting in a 26% increase in customer retention. Regularly captured and documented standardized business procedures later leveraged in the valuation of the business during its corporate acquisition. Reviewed business strategies and sales tactics resulting in a 15% increase in sales.
