of new/used units, reporting (P&L, placemat, forecasting etc   ), vendor relations, service department, finance,
leadership development and customer satisfaction

•   Secured exclusive dealership rights with Sherco USA to become Utah's only Sherco dealership and drove
performance to become the second highest performing dealership in the country in our first year (2020) and in our second year became the highest
•   Optimized revenue streams through reporting, finding and filling gaps and working in the trenches with our
teams which has led to a 30% growth year over year
•   Led projects that doubled our production and increased operational efficiency in finance, parts/service and customer service
•   Propelled our PR through public speaking events and promoting the launch of our new products lines
•   Organized/trained departmental leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and overall better employee morale
•   Increased employee satisfaction through building and nourishing a healthy and successful work place culture

Recruit, develop, lead and inspire world-class sales teams to perform at the highest level through training, instilling a
healthy work culture, strategic sales plans and technique.
•   Assisted in building a remote work from home program and led sales teams to perform at the top 10% of the sales
floor, resulting in a $350k per month increase in revenue
•   Identified and captured missed revenue opportunities through filling gaps in reporting and forecasting
•   Trained and implemented "One More" management system to all support areas, aligning support and targets
across departments. Achieved to 90% completion rate
•   Trained sales teams in the areas of process improvement, work-flow and pipeline management
•   Built out and managed the transition of two different brand changes and retained 100% of our employees
•   Achieved quarterly KPI's that enhanced our comp plans effectiveness with the sales agents resulting in increased
employee morale, larger commission checks and increased revenue
