I am a driven and passionate individual who wants to be a part of the wakeboarding industry. I want to make sure the sport and its athletes get the exposure and the recognition they deserve. The sport is still growing and evolving into something huge and I want to be working to promote and develop that growth into an exciting and profitable market.

Partnerships and Advertising, June 2015- Present
•	Work with advertising partners to create opportunities for both endemic and non-endemic brand development through strategic advertising campaigns.
•	Work on a team concerning content release programs and ad sales to best support brands and partners on our web site AllianceWake.com and through our print magazine Alliance Wake.
•	Created comprehensive campaign reports for major brands including: Supra Boats, ESPN World of X, and Mystic to determine their presence and initiative success across all of Alliance’s channels.

Partnerships and Advertising

Worked Directly with VP Marketing on Athlete Valuation / Established Baseline for Rating Athlete Exposure in Wake Media to assist Hyperlite with current and potential athlete endorsement agreements.
Project Management: Establish Rating System, Catalog Entire Year’s Media, Create Athlete Index (To Be Published in Wake Industry, TBA)

Marketing Assistant/Project Manager

Founded and ran a school teaching the sport of wakeboarding from novice level first time riders to competition level tricks and maneuvers.
Developed an understanding of state and federal guidelines for running a small business.
Managed employees as well as worked in a partnership with 2 other founders. 
Worked directly with clients building professional relationships and loyal customers.
Completed all administrative and financial duties including payroll, budget assessments, tax filing, as well as set up and maintained books and records.
Designed a website for marketing with online scheduling and payment options, as well as utilized social media resources to direct clients to our services.

Coached high school rowing at the varsity and novice levels.
Worked as a team with other coaches developing workout regimens, lineups, and schedules.
Was shadowed directly by an intern coach, instructing him on different coaching techniques, recognizing that different crews respond to different approaches.

Assisted in a kitchen prepping recipes, maintaining supply stocks, taking orders, and working the register.
