Work as part of a two-person merchandising team responsible for Columbia's global Outlet business, which generates $500 million annually. ? PLM for excess fabric and PFG outlet product lines and assistant merchant on all other outlet product categories including men's, women's, and youth apparel, as well as accessories, equipment, and footwear. ? Collaborate with internal buying team at seasonal touchpoints to ensure our product assortment meets our outlet customers' needs. ? Develop quarterly calendars for excess fabric product development cycle and disperse to product team. ?
