• Brought into another location to fix culture and sales performance.  This is a six month assignment I was asked to perform.
• Currently run our regions Hi-potential program for development as well as our Women in Leadership program.

• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Included but not limited to inside, outside, B2B and consumer sales.
• Responsible for location profitability as well as YoY growth. Managed eight direct reports. Profit/loss and audit accountability.

Responsible for creating a process for a new potential sales channel launch.  This included inside, outside, consumer and B2B sales.  This was an unsuspecting visit or call that we were able to turn into a 3000+ person sales channel based on my team's results.
