• Responsible for aspects of the grant lifecycle and the Foundation's online grants management system, Salesforce.
• Partners with Program Directors, Director of Operations and Executive Director to implement the design and execution of systems and procedures that ensure efficient and effective grantmaking.
• Prepares grant materials for Board and Investment Committee meetings.
• Partners with the Program Directors in handling contractual and financial management of Foundation grants, the grants management database, and program monitoring activities.
• Assists in data migration from the GIFTS database to the Salesforce grant portal.
• Responsible for a total of 150 grants FY2019 with a total of $19 million awarded, including multiyear endowments.
• Serves as the system administrator for the Salesforce database and promotes activities to support and improve the effectiveness of the Foundation's grant making abilities.
• Responsible for the administrative, legal and IRS tax compliance aspects of the Foundation's grants.
• Liaison between the Foundation existing grantee organizations.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for senior leaders within the Foundation providing guidance in areas of Salesforce implementation with the grant process.
• Responsible for processing Board of Director discretionary grants.
• Helped create the grant payments ACH process due to working remotely during COVID-19.

• Reported to and assisted the Senior Vice President - Corporate Services (in all administrative duties including extensive travel, calendar management, and meeting logistics.
• Coordinated domestic and international detailed travel plans for the entire Corporate Services group.
• Supported the SVP with functions as they relate to the Environmental Joint Venture  (Moran Environmental Recovery LLC.).
• Assisted with departments expense reports monthly.
• Supported the Legal and Insurance Dept.  Edited and composed legal documents for General Counsel.  Assisted with the Affirmative Action Plan for all locations.
• Created content and administered Moran Center for Learning Program. Logistics for all off premise classes.
• Collaborated with employees and created content and published quarterly safety newsletter for the entire company.
• Conducted application testing for the IT department.
• Managed and coordinated with multiple locations in determining staffing requirements for each position.
• Partnered with managers to determine positions for new hires.
• Conducted all new hire orientation for the New Canaan office.
• Managed the SharePoint career web site for access by all company locations.

Executive Assistant/Corporate HR Coordinator

• Assisted with employees benefit plans including yearly changes and Open Enrollment.
• Inputted accurate and timely information into HRIS, NuView and benefit vendor sites.
• Prepared and distributed benefits-related information, i.e. new hire and termination information, open enrollment kits, and legally required notices.
• Assisted with the recruiting and hiring process.
• Coordinated college career fairs attended by Moran Towing.
