Graphic Designer Apparel - Partnerships

Main focus on men's & women's apparel assortment with secondary focus on hardgoods and regional SMU apparel and accessories.
Work with global team to facilitate global seasonal line.
Travel to California for design meetings.
Meet with vendors to build an ongoing business relationship.
Conceptualize new product for upcoming seasons.
Worked on brand local collaborations such as Mottilaa, André Calvão, Pro model for Lucas Xaparral and others.
Design SMU product for specific accounts and their needs.
Create prints vectored and hand drawn.
Manipulate graphics as needed.
Create detailed tech packs to begin sampling and costing process.
Utilize Dropbox system to share files with vendors.
Work closely with product development team to best execute designs and stay within budget.
Attend fittings with model to ensure product achieves desired fit.
Participate in casting calls for marketing photo shoot models.
Style and merch outfits for seasonal studio/location photo shoots.
Organize studio/location photo shoots. 
Work with marketing team to create sales catalog with detailed images and features called out.
Collaborate with marketing team to plan events.
Ran Instagram account during a gap in marketing staff.
Prepare CAD presentations for in-line and SMU products.
Present the seasonal line during regional sales meetings to educate sales team on latest product.
Periodically meet with sales for feedback and implement for upcoming season.
Recognize shortcomings within team processes and take initiative to make improvements.

Product development for all lines of national male and youth streetwear brand, development of national collabs with artists and / or athletes, sales analysis, collection planning, color chart, direct contact with suppliers, pattern development , technical packs and VLP's, production monitoring and presentation of the collection in meetings.

Designer | Apparel

Brand of men's and women's clothing, created and developed by me and a co-owner, whose main products were t-shirts, skirts and accessories.
The brand aimed to work in an ethical manner, we make timeless pieces (not following the macro trends), we worked with limited stock and some unique pieces, thus aiming at exclusivity and conscious consumption.

Technical packs, Linx system, sample approval, direct contact with supplier and representatives, assistance in all stages of product development, creation of prints and models, approval of them, release to production. Sales tracking and collection planning.
