Athletic Wear: Women's/Men's Apparel - Woven Tops/ Knit Tops / Outerwear / Bottoms • Fitting analysis: Recreating women's line by evaluating the brands target market and proposing a plan. • Create SRS/PROTO full package development tech packs; includes development detail pg, spec sheet(s), construction pg. • Direct live fitting sessions for both women's and men's line. • Release fit sample comments for all categories within the first 48hrs after fitting • Responsible for creating standard grading for finalized blocks • Request and review vendors digital patterns to help with perfecting the fit for problematic styles. • Measure Protos, Fits, PPS (M and 2XL), Top of production (M and 2XL) samples. • Respond to daily vendor emails

Women's/Men's Apparel - Woven Tops/ Knit Tops / Outerwear / Bottoms / Denim • Fitting analysis: Recreating women's line by evaluating the brands target market and proposing a plan. • Direct live fitting sessions for both Women's and Men's line. • Release fit sample comments for all categories within the first 48hrs after fitting • Responsible for creating standard grading for finalized blocks • Request and review vendors digital patterns to help with perfecting the fit for problematic styles. • Creating spec sheets and construction pages for upcoming deliveries • Work closely with the production team to maintain a timely matter delivery schedule • Measure Protos, Fits, PPS (xs-3xl), TOP's (xs-3xl) samples. • Inspecting full size runs for styles with issues before proceeding to top of production • Review SGS 100% inspection report and incorporate with PPS comments - demand charge-back when necessary • Arranging fitting sessions by communicating with model on a weekly basis

Men's Apparel - Woven Tops/ Knit Tops / Outerwear / Bottoms / Denim (Main Label/ Collaborations/ Babylon) • Create Proto full package development tech packs; includes development detail pg, spec sheet(s), construction pg, label guide pg, shipping instructions - update BOM • Release fit sample comments for all categories/lines within the first 48hrs after fitting • Spec and prepare samples before fitting; keep track of garment history to call out during fitting • Work hand-in-hand with Design Director in fittings with live model • Release grading for all PPS samples - once approved • Review fabric quality, trims, pantone colorways and artwork strike offs and mock-ups for production approval • Respond to vendor emails on a daily basis. • Attend weekly (MDP) meetings; based on WIP sample status report (in excel) for all deliveries/styles.

Women's Apparel - Woven/Knit: Halston-Evening Gowns, Halston-Heritage, Halston- Readyto-Wear; • Create SRS/PROTO full package development tech packs; includes development detail pg, spec sheet(s), construction pg, label guide pg, shipping instructions - update BOM • Create costing tech packs. • Work with TD Director and Design Director in fit sessions on live model • Release fit sample comments within the first 48hrs after fitting (approved/not approved), SRS, Proto, Fit Samples. • Release grading once 1st fit sample has been approved for production • Supervise assistant and associate technical designers; Track and manage their workflow - Assist if necessary • Collaborate with cross-functioning teams to ensure garment information is up to date • Respond to vendor emails on a daily basis. • Track and monitor execution to time-and-action calendar

Men's Apparel - Woven Tops/ Knit Tops / Jackets / Sweaters • Create/develop tech packs for overseas sources (using illustrator/WFX programs)- tech packs include intricate garment information: bill of materials, sewing construction details, label placement and spec sheets • Release all in-house/proto sample tech packs for each delivery • Consistently updating tech packs when changes are made and re-sending to overseas sources. • Spec and prepare samples before fitting; keep track of garment history to call out during fitting • Assist in fittings - work hand-in-hand with the pattern-maker • Release fit sample comments (approved/not approved), PP, TOP, and Shipment samples • Release graded spec of all approved fit samples after they have been checked by pattern-maker • Respond to vendor emails on a daily basis • Keep records to sample statuses • Attend weekly (MDP) meetings; based on WIP sample status report (in excel) for all deliveries/styles.

Women's Apparel - Woven Tops/ Jackets / Bottoms / Dresses / Denim Jackets / Pants. • Assist in fittings for all fit samples, call out style information and measurements off spec. • Release fit sample comments (approved/not approved), PP, TOP, Shipment samples and Stock • Release all in-house/proto sample tech packs for each delivery • Update Design and Cost Page, Sewing Construction and Labeling and Packaging Instruction Pages • Release graded spec of all approved fit samples after they have been checked by grader • Respond to vendor emails on a daily basis • Ship out samples to vendors after releasing the tech packs • Keep track of incoming and outgoing samples • Keep records to sample statuses • Attend weekly (PDR) meetings; based on sample status report (in excel) for all deliveries/styles. • Spec and prepare samples before fitting with the Tech Director, VP designer and VP Production manager • Ensure all fit samples and shipment samples are approved by due deadline.

Women's Woven tops/jackets/bottoms/dresses, denim jackets/pants • Release comments for fit samples (rejected), Shipment Samples and Stock. • Update/check Design and Cost Page, Labeling Instructions and Packaging Instructions Page • Release graded spec of all approved fit samples after they have been checked by grader • Respond Vendor emails • Ship out necessary samples to vendors • Keep track of incoming and outgoing samples • Keep records of sample statuses • Assist in fittings for all fit samples and call out measurements off spec and necessary information
