Engineering product with improved fit, construction, tooling, quality and aesthetics by problem solving previous framework. - Create Development Timelines in order to achieve key development deadlines. Including ways to hit more speed to market deadlines. - Coach designers, colorist and product managers on lead times, construction, material creations and other aspects of division necessities. Enabling our team to become more knowledgeable and reducing excess development by 30% each season. - Implement the creation of improved shell patterns. Providing a new category pattern template for pattern masters. - Work on material and cost component breakdown throughout R&D stage. Helping the category achieve higher margins and lower US duty rates.

Bobs/Bobs Sport - Assume the leadership of all technical development responsibilities for Bobs and Bobs Sport. Implementing new guidelines and laying groundwork for new category Bobs Sport. - Provide tooling and upper construction suggestions at design concept stage. Helping design team achieve a product that is viable for production; while keeping design at the forefront. - Implemented new forward Last measurement guidelines. Eliminating redundancy in our Last library by half. - Visit Asia four times a year to review first round prototypes, specs, blueprints and build relationships with all key Asia partners.

Women Sport / Sport Active - Manage the assembly of approved designs into a package of two and three-dimensional information for Skechers biggest category Women's Sport and Sport Active. - Participate in the planning and execution of forward engineering activities to meet development, commercialization and production timelines. - Resided in China to train with Skechers China R&D Team, suppliers and core factories. Learning the full spectrum of development and production capabilities (i.e. costing, production lines, lab, material/mold lead times, tooling creation, sample room, etc.).

Women Sport / Sport Active / Active - Oversee all US tradeshows were effectively merchandised by all sample coordinators. - Review spec sheets for all styles that have gone through commercialization for W Sport and Sport Active.
