Website Merchandising & Personalization – Managing website overall look and feel including homepage, PLP, and PDP to align with seasonal marketing campaigns. Managing merchandising all pages using sorting rules, conversion, top-revenue logic and newness to drive sales and click-thrus. I ensure that products are current and complete. Continuously identifying to ways to merchandise and categorize products to improve customer experience. I partner with ECOM Director, IT, Merchandising and Marketing to leverage insights, looks, and releases.
Marketing Collaboration – Managing photoshoots to ensure we are getting all our ECOM needs as well as extra content for PDP’s, Email marketing and digital marketing. Work with Graphic Design lead to advise changes in content/email strategy as well as reviewing emails prior to send. Assisting with influencer campaign and small photoshoot needs by selecting product / quick turnaround needs.
Wholesale Collaboration – Assist in managing our drop ship program. Onboarding retailers, ensuring their online catalog is up to date with selected products, images, descriptions.
