Over the last ten years i've been actively growing within the Hospitality Industry.  I've had experience working in large cities like Philadelphia and Detroit, while spending the last four years in a small, community driven beach town.  The Hospitality industry has taught me about prioritization, swift problem-solving, communication, humility, and having a strong sense of cultural awareness.  Over the years, i've been able to develop my teams by building trust, understanding the importance of strong communication, and the ability to multi-task.  Over the last two years, i've gained control over accounts where building strong relationships with buyers and distributors has allowed me to develop a creative freedom.  I currently run the beer program for my restaurant group and having a strong personal relationships with local/national breweries and sales reps is at the core of our program.  I'm currently seeking employment where I can transition my love for human connection into the environment was well.  I'm currently looking to get my certification as a Forest School Teacher but am open to opportunities surrounding Outdoor Education as well. 

-	Optimized profits by controlling beverage and labor costs on a daily basis
-	Unrelentingly dedicated to workgroup recruitment by conducting interviews within aggressive timeframe

-	Curated beer programs for three Michelin recognized restaurants in Manhattan Beach by building close relationships with local, national, and independent craft breweries
-	Overseeing and maintaining beer list consisting of 24 rotating draft handles and intimate bottle/can list
-	Actively developing other members in leadership to maintain their restaurant specific beer program by assisting in purchasing, driving sales, training and managing costs.
-	Maintaining high attention detail cleaning to all draft systems
-	Worked alongside DOO in creating an intimate Cider program for Manhattan Beach Post that included approachable, yet complex ciders from Normandy, France all while being value driven.


Built out in-kind and cash Event Sponsorship contracts for the year including contract negotiating, pre and post event logistics, brand partnership collaboration alongside Experiential Brand Manager
 
Facilitated and managed custom promotional tactics, health and fitness seminar speakers, on-site activations, special sponsorship requests, product sampling, expo and finish line booth placement, vehicle needs, signage placement, health permits, and city permits.

Requested, managed, and secured promotional assets and materials from sponsors for use in event print and digital media, on-course signage, newsletters, PA announcements, media guides, race programs and goodie bags

Managed Ambassador team of 530 enthusiastic athletes from across the country through promotion and incentivizing.

Managed trade show logistics and collaborated with Sales to determine show strategy. Tradeshows included: Run Show – Chicago, Fleet Feet Conference, IDEA World Convention, and The Running Event.

Drove sustainability initiative through TerraCycle partnership: upcycling program that’s diverted over 1.8 million wrappers (nearly 7,000lbs) from landfill since 2015

Collaborated with Marketing Communications team to develop athlete storytelling for every Sponsored event.

Traveled to events to promote the brand and partner with retailers to drive sell-through. Events included Oakland Running Festival, Way too Cool 50, Boston Marathon, and Western States
