Caroline Pack: Account Coordinator at Osprey Packs, Inc. in Mancos, Colorado

I am responsible for managing an identified portfolio of key accounts to both support and increase sales through exceptional service. Responsibilities include detailed processing and follow-through of orders & forecasts, closely monitoring monthly forecasts & sell-through performance while determining opportunities for additional sales growth. As well as, provides analytical and order management support to the territory rep as well as facilitating the new account opening process for future retailers.

I am responsible for fulfilling all duties with maintaining the overall retailer and pricing protection of Osprey Packs on the web. This includes consistently monitoring and tracking the activity of retailers and Osprey product on the web and communicating with involved parties regarding violations.

+Distributor Relationships: serve as primary contact for our key-retailers (both online and brick and mortar stores) for the South Central Territory. +ERP System: efficiently enter ASAP orders and modify pre-season orders based on seasonality and needs of dealers. +Assists with shop employee inquiries regarding fit and sizing of product for their retail customers +Manages Dealer Locator for designated territories +Maintains full working knowledge of entire product line +Fields warranty related questions and refers to Returns Dept as needed +Provides full support related to daily sales operations +Assists with information gathering from the sales team as needed by Sales +Assists with specific sales reports from Database and reporting tools for better territory understanding and management
