I have worked in retail for 30 years.  I started my career as a sales associate and worked into corporate retail with an great deal of time in merchandise planning and allocation.  I have also owned a boutique and was most recently working as a senior retail consultant on a finance system implementation and department transformation.

•	Consulting for a $4 Billion retailer on a Finance Transformation project.  Making recommendations on business processes in current state through to end state; to include team skills and system gap analytics
•	Found a $2.5 Million accounting error within first two weeks on the project and corrected the process
•	Key partner not only with the Finance team but also with cross functional business partners to ensure thoroughness in the project as well as collaboration and excellent communication

• Led team of 12 in sales forecasting, inventory planning, assortment planning and allocation strategies and execution for brick and mortar stores (320) and eCommerce and over $600 million in volume for the Osh Kosh brand.

• Implemented assortment planning in complex clusters in order to maximize profit and regional opportunities.  Created new allocation approach which resulted in 4 days faster replenishment and increased size in-stock metrics.
