Founder, Executive Producer

• Created and led a growth-focused content marketing strategy, launching two video channels, a weekly content newsletter, an overhauled blog, weekly deals, and our first out-of-home ad campaign.  
• Led a video marketing strategy that included ideating, pitching, and producing multiple video series, managing distribution, and tracking engagement and ROI metrics. 
• Lead producer and director on all video and photo projects including budgeting, location mgmt, hiring cast/crew, directing, and managing our editing team through to delivery.

• Implemented a content conversion tracking workflow across Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram/Youtube utilizing a custom UTM database and pixel tracking.
• Implemented content team SOP’s spanning pre-production through to deployment and SEO optimization. 
• Produced and launched Nugg’s flagship event series. The events included activation partnerships with industry-best products, educational speakers, sampling stations, and a gourmet infused brunch from Popcultivate.
• Created and led The Grow Project, a non-profit program that provides grants to women entrepreneurs in the cannabis industry. It became The Nugg Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that supports legalization efforts, opioid abuse eradication, and entrepreneurial initiatives.

• Built relationships with global distributors and festival directors, with the goal of selling a seven-part original documentary film series.
• Created and implemented a festival strategy with official selections spanning four continents and multiple awards received. This included research, applications, designing of digital marketing assets, digital conforms, and EPK delivery.

Associate Producer & Video Editor

•	Produced, filmed and edited over 40 co-branded content pieces for action sports hub TheInertia.com, working closely with the Editor-in-Chief and writing staff to develop new series and manage content production lifecycles. 
•	Created shot lists, booked contract talent/locations and prepared the location/set for shooting. 
•	Frequently managed two cameras, audio mixer and lighting as a one-man production team, often finishing shoots with a photo session.
•	Supervised the post-production process including editing, voice-over recording, color correction, graphics production, and delivery. Edited an average of one original video per week using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
•	Closely monitored social engagement and reader-response feedback loop to continually improve our content-market fit, boosting our viewership and our value to advertising partners.
•	Effectively collaborated inter-departmentally with writing staff and social coordinators to ideate and execute engaging mixed-media articles for the website and social channels.
•	Mentored a two-person video intern team, providing instruction on editing workflow.
