I also oversee the creation of brand defining content across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand message. Additionally, I lead the development exceptional consumer experiences that foster strong brand loyalty, capturing the hearts of our target audience and forging lasting connections.

Shaped the overall design direction for the brands in all retail channels, fostered positive collaboration with cross-functional product marketing and design teams in the creation of innovative brand design strategies. Directed the development of unique design languages that aligned with the brand's core values. Mentored and grew the in-house brand team and cultivated key collaborations with cultural influencers elevating brand recognition. Worked closely with executive teams to better articulate brand values and mission creating a stronger, better differentiated brand.

Creative Director and Marketing

Built and mentored the design team in all creative efforts for Bell Helmets, Giro Sport Design, Blackburn Design, Easton Cycling and Easton Moto in a multi-channel retail environment and across digital, print, in-store, video and events. Provided key brand strategies and creative direction to the Industrial Design teams.

Expertly designed global branding systems including identities, websites, digital and print advertising, packaging, in-store promotions and signage for a number of high-profile brands, including Motorola, Plantronics, Microsoft, Ford, Symantec and Esprit. Spearheaded design reviews and client presentation. Nurtured positive relationships with prominent clients. Developed essential global brand standard guidelines and style guides to streamline branding processes.
