o	Sales growth – 2017 Q2: increase 4%, 2017 Q3: increase 13%.
•	Planned and forecasted seasonal assortment by account, aligning with key product stories that roll up to achieve sales goals. 
•	Collaborated with retail marketing team, ensuring sell through at each account. Zappos co-op online marketing campaign – YTD unit sales increase 11%.
•	Reported account feedback to management showing product sell through, margin, and turn rate to determine reorder opportunities and potential slow performers that might call for MDA or return assistance.
•	Worked with product team to develop SMU needs for each account.
o	Journey’s: Fanning Print – best seller for 2 years.
o	Zumiez: Quencha TQT – best seller for 2 years.


Merchandise product assortments and create SMU footwear. Liaised between product team and sales departments. Researched account specific product needs looking at competitive landscape and consumer’s needs. Key Accounts included, Pac Sun, Journey’s, Tilly’s, Buckle, Zumiez, Famous Footwear, Shoe Carnival, Macy’s, and Nordstrom’s. Attend and present seasonal products at all key account meetings.
•	Created segmentation strategy determining Good / Better / Best products and accounts. Documented maps specific product assortment for each key account, paving foundation of which accounts buy specific products and leading to organized product range.  
•	Implemented SMU product strategy, increasing seasonal prebook sales 20-40%.
•	Collaborated to manage and build seasonal SMU footwear with design team, CGM team, and development; accounting for 60-70% of seasonal product buys for key accounts with point of differentiation from other national accounts.
