Maintaining responsibilities from previous role in addition to: o Owner of all knitwear fabrics - leverage fabrics across categories to help negotiate costs to ensure IMU goal of 75% is met o On average manages 80-100 styles per season o Lead and developed the PD for private label accessories and handbags o Oversee entire development process through delivery to fulfillment center o Manage and track purchase orders to ensure on time and in full o Understanding of fabric duties and tariffs o Travel to China to meet with vendors, oversee production and proto sample execution

o Act as a category costing expert in meetings offering expertise and on demand costing options o Create cost targets for all styles before tech packs are sent and engineer all garments upfront to ensure IMU goals are met o Manage development WIP including T&A proto tracking, sample management, fabric management and costing o Understand and negotiate component costing for all styles o Strong verbal and written communication with domestic & overseas vendors o Work closely with our designers and buyers to create successful product while accomplishing IMU goal in line with company target

o Assist the Product Manager with the creation of assortment and the development of a category o Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure product execution o Provide clear communication to vendor partners daily as it relates to product design and development to ensure execution of assortment o Maintain knowledge base of industry and competitor market trends o Assist manager in driving the direction & performance of department
