•	Directed staff in Front Desk duties such as billing, check-in and check-out procedures, and responding appropriately to guest issues
•	Coached staff to the comprehensive, high level of guest service required of a first-class resort
•	Established the Homeowner Liaison role for the property; built relationships with homeowners and negotiated with Wyndham colleagues on their behalf
•	Collaborated with the HOA on a variety of initiatives to improve guest experiences, designed services to improve communication between homeowners and the property management such as rental program revenue reports and a revamped property newsletter
