• Act as primary liaison between agency and client: Maintain daily communications to foster trusting client-agency relationship, establish budgets with client, present recommendations for marketing initiatives • Work with account team to identify needs, to develop marketing strategy, and to develop content for creative campaigns and collateral: digital ads, e-mail blasts, POP, print, direct mail, radio & TV scripts • Oversee planning and placement of marketing programs across all media • Project management: ensure smooth execution of campaigns from implementation to completion; interface with other agency departments (graphics/creative, production, media, etc.) and vendors to ensure quality control and timely deliverables • Analyze performance and ROI of marketing efforts

• Provide full support to Direct Mail and Print department • Maintain job calendar to ensure all project deadlines are met • Interface with vendors to execute projects from price quoting to completion
