• Independently control multiple projects from contract signing to turning system on. • Facilitate the dissemination of information relative to scheduling, customer communication and corporate communication. Also provide consistent quality and escalate difficult customers. • Track permits submittals, jurisdiction requirement changes, and proper permit closeout. • Coordinate installations with homeowner and installer, track inspections and turn system on. • Identify potential project issues or roadblocks and work with leader and inter/intra departmental resources to resolve the issue and mitigate the situation in the future.

• Account Payables- code invoices, data entry, and process payments. • Create and send invoices, jobsite information, verify foreman reports, create job cost reports. • Safety Operations: maintain “A” rating by updating safety procedures in ISNetworld and Veriforce, set-up monthly safety meetings; make sure we are OSHA compliant. • Utilized all Microsoft Office, including Windows XP, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook and Adobe. • Month end billing, weekly payroll. • Project management- track project deadlines to facilitate smooth workflow and satisfied clients. • Oversee daily office operations, over see purchasing and reconcile company credit cards.
