10+ years of customer service, including 3 years of EDI processing, account management, usage of SAP, RLM, and MOM ERP system.

•	Manage order entry process in close collaboration with Michael Kors sales team.
•	Enter in various orders such as purchase orders, bulk orders and close-outs for special market stores such as Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Neiman Marcus, and Ross through RLM systems.
•	Successfully process and receive sales orders through EDI. 
•	Checks inventory to make sure requested product is available
•	Computes price and any appropriate discounts
•	Manually allocate and invoice open orders to be released for shipment.
•	Checks customer account for credit and outstanding payments through customer status and credit hold reports.
•	Manually receive all inventory for order entry.
•	Communicate and facilitate policies and process for returns, order shortages, and cancellations to customers via telephone, and email;
•	Processing undeliverable orders, and contacting sales reps via telephone and email to ascertain the missing information need to re-process order;
• Run and asses various reports such as open pick-ticket, allocation failed, and Allocated not released through SCI and DOM database systems.

*Comprehensive order book/contract management for Independent Retail Accounts for U.S. and Canada; ensure inventory needs are met through seasonal and replenishment orders.
*Build strong relationships with Sales Representatives, A/R, Partners, 3PL & Sales & Supply Chain managers to act as liaison between all parties.
*Lead all consignment sales for pop up shops at major events, and follow through with consignment issues and invoicing, and returns following the major events.
*Work closely with A/R to resolve any financial issues with the accounts such as issuing credits, debits, extensions, and cancellations of orders.
*Assist in planning and executing major sales events for Zulily.com
*Manage, track and resolve all customer compliance issues regarding freight claims, charge-backs, shipping violations, and RTVs related to order processing, production, 3PL errors, etc.
*Provides weekly order reports through excel, SAP, and Bobj to advise accounts of blocked orders, rejected items, and past cancel dates.
*Provide weekly reporting of Canada inventory through ATP Generator.
*Process all warranty claims, and return request for assigned U.S. and all Canada accounts.
*User Acceptance Testing on Plum River web portal for order placement.
*Computes price and any appropriate discounts
*Partner with Master Data Team to ensure accounts bill-to, ship-to, and shipping conditions are up to date.
