Budget: $2M ⚫ Oversaw the removal and replacement for the "Casa Grande" tile roof at one of California's most popular historic landmarks. Implemented and enforced site specific field safety measurements including AHA/JHA's, quality control, fall protection and accident prevention plans. Performed site safety audits and implemented necessary changes.

for both the waterproofing and sheet metal facade work done at the LAX New Bradley Terminal. One of LAX's largest projects to date, we implemented a comprehensive safety plan and provided oversight to complete the project with no serious accidents or violations.
