•   Assembled then managed a team of 15 employees to support the studio's long term vision. Partnered with corp dev to optimize and shorten the sales cycle by 33%.
•   Responsible for monitoring budget and resourcing plans for the studio. Supported studios leadership to set and drive
strategic agendas within the organization by driving awareness and feedback around key business issues.

Led production of Zynga Poker during rapid growth period, scaling from 30 to 150 man studio over two years. Directly
managed production cycles across web & mobile, shipping 4 days a week while serving 8M DAU.
•   Responsible for the player's voice and features catering to first time users. Over the course of four years my product
roadmap in aggregate yielded gross revenue of $45M and an incremental lift of 25M MAU.
•   Managed brand integrations of American Express, 20th Century Fox, Palms Casino, and Water.org.
