Owner and manager of a Private Fitness Training and Health Coaching services business, leveraging strong strategic and leadership insight in directing all aspects of the business, including building highly skilled teams, leading all sales and marketing
initiatives and overseeing overall operations of studios. Lead a client-focused business and team of 8 Fitness Trainers to deliver
a seamless customer experience while establishing robust systems enabling the team to customize programs for clients.

•   Planned and introduced award-winning customized programs using state-of-the-art technology, facilitating cutting-edge
research and information to clients for the ultimate long-term success.
•   Drove consumer engagement and brand awareness through the development and execution of traditional and digital
marketing strategies on both local and brand level.
•   Achieved consistent sales growth and success; led the location to receive a double-digit growth percentage in four
years, improving ranking from a mid-bottom performer in 2014 to #15 in 2019.
•   Grew gross earnings from under $300K in 2013 to over $500K in 2018; the business is projected to achieve $600K or
above in gross earnings this year.
•   The location rated best of Charlotte Fitness Studios for 2018 by Charlotte magazine.
•   Hand-picked to serve on both the Leadership team and Marketing Council for the company.
•   Served as co-op Team Leader for the 7 Studios in the Charlotte NC area.
•   Managed the recruitment of top talent to work on the Rated Best of Charlotte Training Team; trained and developed
team on systems and processes to integrate them with the company's mission and core values.

Oversaw the daily operations of 2 state-of-the-art fitness training facilities, recruiting and training performance-driven and service-oriented teams while devising and executing effective marketing strategies focusing on conversion, brand development, and revenue growth. Led the program development for clients ensuring remarkable service delivery and target achievement.

substantial brand growth exceeding YoY revenue goals in dual locations.
•   Ranked #1 producer of new sales consecutively from 2010-2014, which increased revenue by 10% percent YoY.

Originally hired to spearhead a leading competition store; promoted to an Area Director to lead a team of Store Managers and build relationships with vendors.
