Chicago born, Montana raised! I'm passionate about uplifting small businesses, managing client relationships, and empowering team members through training and communication. After successfully leading the first all-woman crew at NBC Montana Today, (flawless two hour shows, barebones crew,) I was inspired by my Mom's own small business to move to Big West Marketing, where I started as the Google Ads department head. I quickly learned the ins and outs of PPC marketing, grew our Google Ads department from 10 clients to 30, and implemented best practices to ensure client success. I assisted the sales team with lead generation, client retention, and relationship building.I moved from Big West to Education Logistics to start my SaaS journey. A larger company means more responsibilities, training opportunities, and plenty of room to grow. I've been fortunate enough to make my own position within the company after demonstrating the power of video marketing through a rebranding campaign.I now sit as the Marketing Manager, a small department of one. In the year at this position, I’ve made it a more manageable department for one person. It’s hard to do it all! But with proper communication, organization, and amazing coworkers, I continue to hit company and personal goals. I’m proud to say that my achievements in my first year as a Marketing Manager not only made my job more rewarding, but more beneficial for my coworkers as well. I look forward to continuing to grow and continue to uplift my team.

• Responsible for the technical aspects and success of creating a new three-anchor show in May of 2017.
• Provided critical communication to team during newscasts, supervised and directed team members, managed studio and control room.
