Design Manager

Led design and development for women’s leather fashion brand targeting boutiques and department store buyers. Oversaw seasonal last, mold, leather, material, and accessory design. Managed production development and sourcing, including conducting site visits at Chinese manufacturers and working with sandal factories in India.
