• Developed the BPM strategy and business case for the organization influencing various stakeholders with a time-line to migrate processes while managing business risk

• Built the India BPM center as part of the management team of 4 (only management team member on the ground during the initial period) to a size of 1800 at the time of leaving

Global Head - Capital Markets and Investment Banking Practice

This was a short assignment during which I helped CCL define their strategy in the fast developing area of client connectivity and set-up strategic partnering relationships with the likes of TRACE and Heliograph - leading vendors in the European space. I also wrote a paper on internal crossing platforms for Broker Dealers during this period.

• Assessing and monitoring e-business investments (new & historical) as well as set-up an environment to accelerate / incubate ideas with the active support and participation of Business Lines and other functions.

• Investigating potential strategic alliances and providing thought leadership to Senior Management in areas of new technologies, business models, unforeseen competitors offering new ways of doing business, co-opetition etc.

Head

of an Equity Order Management System (OMS) commissioned for global deployment in all sales and dealing centers with a $10 Million annual budget. These included direct execution on leading exchanges, program and algorithmic trading, internal crossing, directing trades to various pools of liquidity among other complex features.
